Affiliate Programme Terms

Article 1: Purpose and parties
These terms govern the GetLinkFast affiliate programme, operated by The Dug Media Ltd, a private limited company incorporated under Cypriot law and registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies under number HE481285, whose registered office is at 35 Fellachoglou, Mouttalos, 8016 Paphos, Cyprus ("GetLinkFast"). They bind GetLinkFast and any person admitted to the programme (the "Affiliate"). The programme allows the Affiliate to recommend GetLinkFast and to earn a commission on the sums paid by the customers they bring (the "Referrals"). GetLinkFast's General Terms of Sale apply to anything not covered here.
Article 2: Admission to the programme
The programme is reserved for professionals able to issue an invoice that complies with the regulations applicable to them. The Affiliate applies from their customer account and accepts these terms. GetLinkFast reviews each application and may refuse it without giving reasons. The answer is sent by email. One person may hold only one affiliate account.
Article 3: Affiliate link and attribution of Referrals
Once admitted, the Affiliate receives a personal link. An account created on getlinkfast.com within 30 days after a click on this link is attributed to the Affiliate. If the visitor has clicked the links of several affiliates, the last click is the one that counts. Only an organisation created after the click can become a Referral: an account that already existed at the time of the click is not attributed. A Referral stays attributed to its Affiliate as long as the programme exists and the Affiliate has not been excluded from it. The Affiliate cannot be their own Referral. Attribution relies on a cookie: if the visitor refuses or deletes it, attribution may fail, with no recourse against GetLinkFast.
Article 4: Commission
The commission is calculated on the sums actually collected by GetLinkFast from the Referrals, excluding tax: orders, credit top-ups, subscriptions and their renewals, and cryptocurrency payments. Excluded are VAT, free credits (bonuses, promotions) and orders paid with credits already counted when they were topped up. The rate depends on the cumulative revenue, excluding tax, brought by all of the Affiliate's Referrals: 3% up to €5,000, 7% from €5,000 to €20,000, 10% beyond. Each payment earns commission at the rate of the tier reached before that payment; a change of tier does not alter commissions already calculated. The commission is due for the entire duration of the relationship between GetLinkFast and the Referral.
Article 5: Refunds and disputes
If a sum paid by a Referral is refunded, or disputed by them with their bank and lost by GetLinkFast, the corresponding commission is cancelled in proportion to the amount returned. If that commission has already been paid, its amount is deducted from subsequent commissions.
Article 6: Payment of commissions
A commission becomes payable 60 days after the sum that generated it was collected. The Affiliate can check at any time, in their account, the amount payable on today's date. As soon as this amount reaches €100, the Affiliate may send contact@getlinkfast.com a dated invoice, for an amount equal to the amount payable on its date, issued in the name of The Dug Media Ltd, intra-Community VAT number CY60221313C. It states the Affiliate's bank details and the tax information applicable to them. If the Affiliate is subject to VAT in another Member State of the European Union, the invoice is issued exclusive of tax with the mention "Reverse charge" (Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC). GetLinkFast pays the invoice by bank transfer within 30 days of receiving it. Commissions that become payable after the invoice date will be paid with the next invoice. GetLinkFast does not keep the Affiliate's bank details outside the invoices received.
Article 7: Prohibited practices
The following are prohibited: sending unsolicited messages (spam); buying search-engine keywords containing the GetLinkFast brand or its variants; posting the link on cashback or coupon-code sites, or in exchange for a reward given to the visitor; dropping cookies without a real click; creating fake accounts or self-referral; any presentation suggesting that the Affiliate acts on behalf of GetLinkFast; any misleading claim about the services or prices. In case of breach, GetLinkFast may cancel the commissions arising from the practice concerned and suspend or exclude the Affiliate.
Article 8: Suspension, exclusion and departure
GetLinkFast may suspend an Affiliate: their link then no longer attributes new Referrals, but commissions on their existing Referrals remain due, except in the case of a prohibited practice. The Affiliate may leave the programme at any time by email; commissions earned as of the date of departure are paid to them in accordance with Article 6. GetLinkFast may end the programme with 30 days' notice given by email; commissions earned before the end of the programme remain due.
Article 9: Affiliate status and data
The Affiliate acts as an independent professional. They are neither an employee, nor an agent, nor a representative of GetLinkFast, and cannot bind it. No exclusivity is granted by either side. The Affiliate remains solely responsible for their tax and social obligations. To protect customer confidentiality, the Affiliate receives no information that would identify their Referrals: their account only shows their rank, sign-up date and the amounts used to calculate commissions.
Article 10: Changes, governing law and disputes
GetLinkFast may amend these terms. Any amendment is notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect and does not apply to commissions already calculated. These terms are governed by Cypriot law. Any claim must be sent to contact@getlinkfast.com. Failing an amicable resolution within 30 days, any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
