(database hosting), Vercel Inc. (application hosting), Stripe Inc. (online payment), Resend Inc. (transactional email delivery). These processors handle your data only for the purposes for which they were engaged and in accordance with our instructions. Your data is never sold to third parties. For transfers outside the European Union, appropriate safeguards are implemented (EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained for the following periods: (i) Active account data: for the entire duration of the contractual relationship; (ii) Inactive account data: deleted 24 months after the last account activity; (iii) Billing data: 10 years from the close of the financial year, in accordance with legal obligations; (iv) Browsing data: maximum 13 months. Upon expiry of these periods, your data is either deleted or anonymized for statistical purposes.
