Article 1 — Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern all contractual relationships between The Dug Media Ltd, Private Limited Company incorporated under Cypriot law registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies under registration number HE481285, with registered office at Georgiou Karaiskaki 11-13 Carisa Salonica, Pervolia 7560, Cyprus (hereinafter "GetLinkFast"), and any professional or individual wishing to access the netlinking services offered on the getlinkfast.com platform (hereinafter "the Client"). These T&Cs apply to the exclusion of all other conditions. The Client acknowledges having read and unconditionally accepted these T&Cs upon validating their registration or first order. GetLinkFast reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time; modifications take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
Article 2 — Description of Services
GetLinkFast is a managed netlinking platform that connects Advertisers (SEO agencies, SEO professionals, direct advertisers) with a curated catalog of partner editorial websites (hereinafter "Publishers"). Services offered include: (i) access to a catalog of 300+ manually verified sites, filterable by niche, SEO metrics, and language; (ii) ordering sponsored articles with dofollow links, optionally including content writing by our teams; (iii) real-time order tracking via the client dashboard; (iv) support from a dedicated account manager reachable within 4 hours on business days. GetLinkFast acts as an intermediary between Advertisers and Publishers and cannot be held responsible for search engine algorithmic decisions regarding indexing or ranking of client sites.
Article 3 — Registration and Client Account
Access to services requires creating a client account on getlinkfast.com. The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information upon registration and to keep it current. Each Client may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts or sharing an account between multiple entities is strictly prohibited. The Client is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and any use made of their account. In case of suspected unauthorized use, the Client must immediately notify GetLinkFast at [email protected]. GetLinkFast reserves the right to refuse or terminate any account without notice in case of breach of these T&Cs, provision of false information, or fraudulent behavior.
Article 4 — Pricing, Credits, and Payment
Service prices are shown in euros excluding tax (ex-VAT) on the platform. Applicable VAT is added in accordance with current regulations. Orders are paid by pre-loading the account with credits. The minimum top-up amount is €100 ex-VAT. Accepted payment methods are: bank card via Stripe (secure payment) and bank transfer. Credits are valid for 24 months from their acquisition date. Unused credits upon expiry are automatically cancelled with no possibility of refund or extension. GetLinkFast reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time; new pricing conditions apply to orders placed after their publication. For bank transfer payments, banking fees are exclusively the Client's responsibility.
Article 5 — Order Process and Delivery Times
All orders are placed via the client dashboard on getlinkfast.com. Orders are confirmed by summary email upon validation. Communicated delivery times are indicative: as a general rule, sponsored articles are published within 7 to 21 business days from order validation. These times may vary depending on Publisher availability and brief complexity. If an ordered article is not published within 30 business days without valid justification from the Publisher, GetLinkFast reassigns the order to another Publisher of equivalent quality at no extra cost to the Client. Writing fees remain due once the content has been produced and delivered. GetLinkFast makes every effort to meet announced deadlines but cannot be held to a best-results obligation regarding publication timelines.
Article 6 — Link Guarantees and Maintenance Period
GetLinkFast ensures that links published via the platform meet the following criteria: (i) dofollow link unless otherwise expressly agreed in the order, (ii) link integrated in an original, non-duplicate article, (iii) article accessible and indexable by search engines, (iv) link visible to users without concealment techniques. Partner Publishers commit to keeping articles and associated links online for a minimum period of 12 months from the publication date. Should the Publisher remove the link or article within this period, GetLinkFast will notify the Client and provide a replacement on an equivalent quality site at no extra cost. No guarantee can be given for sensitive content (gambling, CBD, alcohol, tobacco, adult content) whose removal remains at the Publisher's discretion. While indexing of content by search engines depends exclusively on their algorithms and cannot be technically guaranteed, GetLinkFast undertakes as a commercial commitment to replace, at no extra cost, any link found to be unindexed by Google within 12 months of publication, upon notification by the Client and after verification. The replacement is provided on an equivalent quality site at no extra cost to the Client.
Article 7 — Replacement Guarantee and Right of Withdrawal
Credits loaded onto the Client account are non-refundable. Link-related situations (article not published by the Publisher within 30 business days, deletion of the link or article by the Publisher within 12 months, link found to be unindexed by Google within 12 months) give rise to a replacement at no extra cost on an equivalent quality site, as set out in Articles 5 and 6, and not to a credit refund. In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumer Clients are nonetheless entitled to a 14-day withdrawal period from subscription, provided no service has begun to be performed with their express consent; in that case, unused credits are refunded. Writing fees incurred are non-refundable in all cases once the content has been delivered to the Client. GetLinkFast reserves the right to assess the legitimacy of any request.
Article 8 — Limitation of Liability
GetLinkFast is subject to a best-efforts obligation, not a best-results obligation. GetLinkFast cannot be held liable for: (i) algorithmic changes by search engines affecting the Client's site rankings; (ii) interruptions or failures of the Internet network or third-party hosting services; (iii) any indirect damage (loss of revenue, loss of customers, reputational harm) resulting from use or inability to use the platform; (iv) the content of third-party Publisher sites with which the Client is connected. GetLinkFast's total liability, for all direct damages combined, is limited to the amount ex-VAT actually paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the triggering event. GetLinkFast cannot be held liable for force majeure events as defined by article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disasters, pandemics, mass cyberattacks, widespread network failures).
Article 9 — Governing Law, Mediation, and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Client may submit a complaint to [email protected]. In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge. The chosen mediation entity is CNPM - Consumer Mediation (https://www.cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu/). The Client may also use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. In the event of a dispute between professionals not resolved amicably within 30 days, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with applicable private international law rules.
