Terms of Use and Sale

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to the getlinkfast.com platform (the “Platform”) and all orders placed on it.

The Platform is published and operated by The Dug Media Ltd, a private limited liability company incorporated under Cypriot law, registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies under number HE481285, with its registered office at 35 Fellachoglou, Mouttalos, 8016 Paphos, Cyprus, VAT number CY60221313C (“GetLinkFast”). Contact: contact@getlinkfast.com.

The “Client” is any person who creates an account or places an order on the Platform. The Platform is intended for professionals: advertisers, SEO agencies, consultants and website publishers.

The Client accepts the Terms when creating their account, and again with each order.

GetLinkFast is online software that allows users to order and track link campaigns (link building) and to carry out visibility audits. The sites in the catalogue are operated by The Dug Media Ltd. GetLinkFast sells its services in its own name: it does not act as an intermediary and does not receive commission on third-party sales.

The services offered are:

a. Catalogue and ordering: a catalogue of sites that can be filtered by topic, language and SEO metrics, a shopping cart and real-time order tracking.

b. Guest articles: publication of an article with a link on a site in the catalogue. The Client supplies their own article, or a brief from which the article is written, with or without approval of the draft before publication.

c. Link insertion: addition of a link in an already published page.

d. Ranked article: a link placed in a page that already receives traffic from search engines.

e. Monthly link rental: a link kept online for as long as the corresponding monthly subscription is active.

f. Campaign delegation: the Client sets a budget and target pages; the Platform selects the sites and places the orders within the limit of that budget.

g. SEO and GEO audits: reports analysing a site's visibility in search engines and in artificial intelligence answer engines (GEO). A first audit may be offered free of charge. Subsequent audits are available by monthly subscription, within the quota of the chosen subscription.

Content written by GetLinkFast may be produced with the help of artificial intelligence tools. Human proofreading is available as an option.

Access to the services requires an account. The Client provides accurate information and keeps it up to date. Each Client holds only one account. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any action carried out from their account or from the accounts of members of their organisation.

The Client must notify GetLinkFast without delay at contact@getlinkfast.com in the event of unauthorised use of their account.

GetLinkFast may suspend or close an account in the event of fraud, false information, non-payment or breach of the Terms.

Prices are displayed in euros excluding tax (excl. VAT) on the Platform. VAT is added according to the rules applicable to the Client. The price of an order depends on the site, the type of product and the options chosen (for example the GEO option, human proofreading or the supply of the article by the Client). Sensitive topics are subject to a surcharge. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is validated. GetLinkFast may change its prices at any time; the new prices apply to orders placed after their publication.

The Client pays for orders with prepaid credits or directly at the time of the order. Credits are purchased by topping up the account, starting at €100 excl. VAT. A credit bonus may be granted depending on the amount topped up, according to the scale displayed on the Platform. Credits do not expire as long as the account is open. They are neither transferable nor refundable in cash, except in the cases provided for in Articles 7 and 15.

Payments are processed by our provider Stripe: bank card, PayPal or bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, bank fees are borne by the Client. GetLinkFast does not store any bank card data. An invoice is issued for each payment processed by Stripe and made available in the Client's account.

Limited-time promotional offer pages may offer certain services at reduced prices. These prices are valid only on the page concerned, during its period of validity, and the order is paid for directly via Stripe, without topping up credits. On these pages, GetLinkFast may offer deferred payment: the order is then subject to prior approval by GetLinkFast, and results in an invoice increased by the percentage indicated before the order (10% by default), payable within 7 days of its issue. If full payment is not received by the due date, GetLinkFast may remove the publications and links concerned and cancel the order, without compensation.

The order is placed from the Client's account and confirmed by a summary email as soon as it is validated.

Publication times are indicative. As a general rule, an article is published in less than one hour from the validation of the order and the receipt of the required elements (article or brief). In exceptional cases, in particular depending on the chosen site or the complexity of the brief, publication may take up to 21 business days. Orders whose publication is deliberately spread out (packs, subscription) follow the schedule shown in the Client's account.

If an ordered article is not published within 30 business days, GetLinkFast assigns it to another site of equivalent quality, at no additional cost to the Client. Writing fees remain due where the content has been produced and delivered.

GetLinkFast may refuse content or a target page that is unlawful, misleading or contrary to the editorial policy of the chosen site. The order concerned is then cancelled and refunded in accordance with Article 7.

For guest articles, link insertions and ranked articles, GetLinkFast guarantees that: (i) the link is dofollow, unless otherwise stated in the order; (ii) it is placed within original content; (iii) the page is accessible and indexable by search engines; (iv) the link is visible to internet users, with no cloaking technique; (v) the link remains online for at least 12 months from its publication.

If a link or the article containing it is removed during this period, GetLinkFast informs the Client and replaces it at no additional cost on a site of equivalent quality.

Indexing depends solely on search engine algorithms and cannot be technically guaranteed. However, GetLinkFast undertakes, as a commercial commitment, to replace at no additional cost any link found not to be indexed by Google within 12 months of its publication, upon notification by the Client and after verification.

These guarantees do not apply to sensitive topics (gambling, CBD, alcohol, tobacco, adult content). For a monthly rental, the link is maintained for the duration of the subscription (Article 8).

Link-related situations (article not published within 30 business days, link or article removed within 12 months, link not indexed within 12 months) give rise to a replacement at no additional cost, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6, and not to a refund.

If GetLinkFast cancels an order that it is unable to fulfil, its amount is refunded: in credits if it was paid in credits, otherwise to the payment method used.

An order whose performance has begun (writing delivered or content published) can no longer be cancelled by the Client. Writing fees are in all cases non-refundable once the writing has been delivered.

The services are intended for professionals. If the Client is a consumer within the meaning of Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, they have a withdrawal period of 14 days from their purchase, except for services fully performed before the end of this period with their express consent. Unused credits are then refunded to them.

Monthly link rentals and audit subscriptions are subscriptions of indefinite duration, billed each month to the registered payment method.

For a link rental, billing begins on the date the link is actually published.

The Client may cancel a subscription at any time from their account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. At the end of a rental, the link is removed. Audits not used during a period are not carried over.

In the event of a payment failure, the Client has 7 days to remedy it. After this period, GetLinkFast may suspend the subscription and remove the links concerned.

GetLinkFast grants the Client a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of remote access to the Platform, for the duration of their account and for their professional needs.

The Client receives no licence to the software code, no copy of the software and no source code. The Client may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or make the Platform available to third parties, nor extract the catalogue from it in an automated manner.

The Platform, its code, its databases, its interfaces, its trademarks and its content are the exclusive property of The Dug Media Ltd.

The Client remains the owner of the content they supply. They grant GetLinkFast the right to publish it on the chosen sites in order to fulfil the order. Articles written by GetLinkFast and published on the sites in the catalogue remain the property of The Dug Media Ltd.

Audit reports are reserved for the Client's internal use and, in the case of an agency, for that of its own clients.

The Client undertakes to: (i) supply only lawful content and target pages for which they hold the rights; (ii) not promote content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringes the rights of third parties; (iii) not access the Platform other than through the interfaces provided; (iv) not contact the sites in the catalogue directly in order to circumvent the Platform.

The Client indemnifies GetLinkFast against any third-party claim relating to the content they have supplied.

GetLinkFast is bound by an obligation of best efforts and not an obligation to achieve a result. GetLinkFast does not guarantee any ranking, traffic or result in search engines or artificial intelligence answer engines, which depend on third-party algorithms.

Audits are automated analyses based in part on third-party data. They are provided for information purposes and do not constitute personalised advice.

GetLinkFast is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, customers or reputation), nor for interruptions of the Internet network or of third-party hosting services.

The total liability of GetLinkFast, for all direct losses combined, is limited to the amount, excluding VAT, paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the damage. Neither party is liable for a failure caused by a case of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

GetLinkFast uses its best efforts to keep the Platform continuously accessible. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or updates. GetLinkFast develops the software and may modify, add or remove features.

GetLinkFast processes the Client's personal data to manage their account, fulfil their orders, invoice them and inform them about the services. Payment data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by GetLinkFast.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Client has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which they exercise by writing to contact@getlinkfast.com. Details are set out in the privacy policy published on the Platform.

GetLinkFast may modify the Terms. The new version is published on the Platform with its date. It applies to orders placed after its publication. For ongoing subscriptions, the Client is informed by email at least 30 days before it takes effect and may cancel free of charge.

The Terms apply for the entire duration of the account. The Client may close their account at any time by writing to contact@getlinkfast.com. Orders in progress are completed.

GetLinkFast may close an account in the cases provided for in Article 3. Except in the case of fraud, unused credits are then refunded.

The Terms are governed by French law.

Any complaint must be sent to contact@getlinkfast.com. The parties will seek an amicable solution for 30 days.

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, a consumer Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge: CNPM - Médiation de la consommation (https://www.cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu/).

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent court is determined according to the applicable rules of private international law.
